  4. 2.a Now listen to the first part of a talk where Mi is presenting how to prepare the ingredients. Check your answers. Keys: pumpkin, celery, shallots, butter, salt, cream

Add the pumpkin and stir fry for a few more minutes. 3-f. Add 750ml of water and a pinch of salt and cook until the pumpkin is tender. Cool for 10 minutes. 4-c. Purée the soup in a mixer until it is smooth. 5-a. Add the cream and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. 6-d. For the finishing touch, garnish it with some celery leaves. 3c. Listen to the second part again.
