We all know that water is essential for our health, and that we should drink as much of it as possble. Yet in spite of this, many of us still don’t drink enough, so bottled water is a good way of making sure we drink clean water while we’re on the move. Unfortunately though, the manufactureof all those plastic bottles can result in a lot of waste, due to the amount of oil required. It’s actually the equivalence of keeping a million cars on the road for a year! Also, if empty bottles are not properly disposed of, they can cause the major pollution hazard. However, there are steps we can take to improve the situation. For example, very few of the plastic bottles we se get recycled. So instead of throwing them in the bin, we should send them to a recycling centre where the plastic can be reused.
