Knowledge, skills, attitude: -Knowledge: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to practise about preparations for a typhoon ./ what they want to buy and do to prepare for typhoon. - Skills: Focus on speaking, reading, listening and writing skills. - Attitude: Getting and practising about preparations for a typhoon ./ what they want to buy and do to prepare for typhoon. 2. Students’ abilities achievement: Communicative ability, co-operative ability, problem solving and creation ability, self-study ability. II. PREPARATIONS: - Teacher: Pictures, cassette player, posters, chalks. - Students: Books, Textbooks, pens, rulers. III. HOLDING STUDENTS’ ACTIVITIES: 1.Leading into the new lesson:(5 minutes) * Brainstorming : Think about what they do to prepare for a typhoon Buy food Prepare buy oil Store water for a typhoon Buy candels 2.
