Knowledge, skills, attitude: - Knowledge: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to know more about UFOs. - Skills: Focus on speaking, reading, listening and writing skills. - Attitude: Getting and knowING more about UFOs. 2. Students’ abilities achievement: Communicative ability, co-operative ability, problem solving and creation ability, self-study ability. II. PREPARATIONS: - Teacher: Pictures, cassette player, posters, chalks. - Students: Books, Textbooks, pens, rulers. III. HOLDING STUDENTS’ ACTIVITIES: 1.Leading into the new lesson:(15 minutes) * What can you see in the pictures? * Do you know another word for UFOs? (flying saucer) * Have you ever heard about UFOs? Do you thing they really exist? * Have you ever seen any films on UFOs? What were they about? * What do you want to know about UFOs? * If you saw a UFOs, what would you do? 2. Knowledge formation activity: Teacher’s and students’ activities Content a. Act. 1: 1. Pre-reading: Aim: Introduce the new words.
