  14. He used to smoke a lot. Now he doesn’t smoke any more. ► Usage: “used to” expresses a habit, activity that existed in the past.
  15.  Eg1 : I used to smoke a lot. • (+) S + used to + V (infinitive) • (-) S+ didn’t + use to + V (infinitive) • (?) Did + S+ use to + V (infinitive) ?  Eg 2 : What did you use to do as a child ? Wh-word +did+ S +use to+ V (infinitive)? ➔I used to ► be/ get used to+Ving: quen với  Eg 3: I am used to getting up early.
